Our seven piece band plays more than a dozen instruments in countless genres.  Performing originals and arranging songs new and old, we borrow from Balkan, Irish, jazz, blues, and American folk traditions (to name a few).  From Tom Waits to Fermin Alcarez, Henry Mancini to Neko Case, their inspirations span oceans and centuries.  And what do our songs have in common? They are all in waltz time.  Featuring Mike Shapiro (piano, harmonica and vocals), Rebecca Hart (guitar and vocals), Susie Greenebaum (violin), Mollie McQuarrie (accordion and banjolele), Rob Rapley (guitar and dobro), Ben Arons (drums and percussion) and Chris Nattrass (double bass).  Long before Elvis there was the waltz and the waltz was dirty.  "Riotous and indecent" they called it.  They were right.  Where there is a will, there is a WALTZ.
